President's
List 2008
Faculty and staff are invited to the annual President's
List on Wednesday, February 4, at 7:00 p.m. Jenkins Hall,
Riverview
Room. Join the co-presidents as they honor 109 students
for their high academic achievements.
A mix and mingle reception will commence the event, followed
by Metaphors for Living Life, an address by Dr. Kevin J.
Sibley and presentations to students.
Metaphors for Living Life is a compilation of short contemplative
metaphors for dealing with life’s ups and downs. A
way of looking at the world, perhaps quite differently than
you might ordinarily. These metaphors are meant to be inspirational—to
evoke emotion—to evoke positive change in your thinking—to
evoke a smile. Short and sweet, and sometimes funny, these
metaphors may, just may, inspire you to greater success into
your future.
Please R.S.V.P to Theresa Blois at 893-6720 or tblois@nsac.ca by
Friday afternoon.
