Welcome to the Nova Scotia Agricultural College on-line Application for Admission
Please read the information below carefully. When you're ready to start filling out an application, click on the button at the bottom of this page to get started.



Application Procedure: Complete all required sections of the appliction form. All applications require a non-refundable $25 CDN application fee (payable to NSAC). If not paying online as a final step in submitting this application, the fee should be either a cheque from a Canadian bank or an International Money Order that is cashable in Canada. Applications submitted with incomplete or incorrect information or without the application fee may be returned.
Please ensure all supporting documents are sent directly to the NSAC.

Supporting Documents:
1. Transcripts: Once you have submitted your application, arrangements must be made to have current official transcripts forwarded from all previously attended secondary and post-secondary educational institutions. An official transcript is one that has been forwarded directly to the NSAC Registrar's office from the issuing institution; photocopied documents are not acceptable. High School attendees must arrange with their school to have their mid-term marks forwarded,and then final results as soon as they become available. Transcripts not in English should include an English translation.
2. English Testing: If English is not your native language, you must provide official results from one of the following standardized tests:
TOEFL - a minimum score of 80 on iBT or 550 on paper based.
MELAB - a minimum score of 80     IELTS - a minimum score of 6.0 is required.

 

*Students who meet all admission requirements except for the English testing levels may be conditionally accepted to the NSAC subject to completion of a University Preparatory English Program offered by the International Language Institute, in cooperation with the NSAC.

Documents submitted to the Nova Scotia Agricultural College become the property of the university. Neither originals nor copies will be released to the applicant or anyone outside the university. Applications, transcripts, and other supporting documents of applicants who are not admitted or who do not attend may be destroyed at the discretion of the Registry . If an applicant wishes to reapply, a new set of documents may be required.
